Paint Hall, Belfast docks
This is the Harland & Wolff paint hall on Queen's Road. A huge building, it was once used for painting huge sections of ships prior to assembly at the shipyard. Now closed, it is being used it quite different ways. Several events for the Festival at Queen's have been staged here in recent years; at present the movie 'City of Ember' is being shot inside. See Link
for details.
As a result of this filming I had to take this picture from some distance away - there are signs all around it prohibiting photography and burly security guards!
