Part of the M8 Art Project. Looking like something that might call the Teletubbies in for dinner, this 80 foot high 'Horn' by Matthew Dalziel and Louise Scullion, sited in Polkemmet Park, apparently transmits recorded music, poetry and prose. Can be seen here just off the M8 motorway between Whitburn and Harthill.
