Ram Valley nature reserve
Ram Valley nature reserve
This little valley was named after a hydraulic ram that was sited here in the early days of the Sandy Balls development. It was designated as a nature reserve by the Westlake family, who purchased the Sandy Balls estate to establish a camp in natural surroundings. It is seen here about a year after tree felling.
