I include this photograph for the purpose of comparison with the image "Dumkins Farm Taken Winter 1978". Although the season is different it is apparent that during the intervening 30 years the quality of the pasture has deteriorated and the byre has fallen into decay. Dumkins Farm itself, which probably stood on the site for several hundred years, has disappeared for ever from the landscape.
