SN7479 : Parson's Bridge

taken 10 years ago, near to Ysbyty Cynfyn, Ceredigion/Sir Ceredigion, Great Britain

Parson's Bridge
Parson's Bridge
A view across the bridge from the west side. It is said that the original bridge was just a plank laid between the rocky valley sides, a little further upstream, to provide a shortcut for the local parson. The wooded valley location makes it difficult to obtain a clear summer view of the whole bridge.
