NT5257 : Negative and divisive

taken 11 years ago, 4 km from Oxton, Scottish Borders, Great Britain

Negative and divisive.
Negative and divisive.
The road down Dod Cleuch runs past an occupied house. This is easily passed by a gate to its north leading to a quadbike track that rejoins the road.
There are more polite and positive ways to point this out. I feel that this sort of aggressive approach reflects badly on fellow country folk and does nothing whatsoever to engender a cooperative and friendly relationship between those who work the land, and recreational users.
I have no problem with avoiding Dod Cleugh, but it does not hurt to ask nicely.
