St. Mary's parish church, Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire
St. Mary's began as a Benedictine priory in the 12th century, the nave of which was used for worship by the townsfolk. The tower was added in the 14th century and topped by a lofty spire at the time of major restoration in the Victorian era.
