The 'Royal Oak', Brockham Green
The 'Royal Oak', Brockham Green
There are two pubs within staggering distance of each other at Brockham Green. The Royal Oak is one of them, most inviting for a cool pint on a warm summer's day. The oak tree depicted on the sign is of course the one in which King Charles I hid to evade his pursuers.
