The Armadillo
The Armadillo
The 'Armadillo' was built on the site of the old Queen's dock. The aluminium clad shells reflect by day and are floodlit by night. It definitely creates a distinctive profile on the Glasgow skyline. I have been told that the common armadillo has nine bands, but I would have to go back and check that the build does too!
