Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton
Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton
This is probably the old road from Cleckheaton to Oakenshaw, as shown on Jeffrys's map of 1775. It would have been superseded by the Low Moor, Cleckheaton and Mill Bridge Trust turnpike road, which was built in the early 19C and is now Bradford Road.
