Flying Buttresses, Pershore Abbey
Flying Buttresses, Pershore Abbey
These two large flying buttresses were built in 1913 after it was discovered that the tower was in danger of collapse. The buttresses are on the west side of the tower on the site of the former nave which was demolished in the sixteenth century.
