Kennington Railway Bridge, River Thames
Kennington Railway Bridge, River Thames
This bridge, which dates from 1923 replacing an earlier one of 1863, was on an alternative London to Oxford via Maidenhead and High Wycombe, but now this route is closed and the railway only extends about three miles south of this point to the former Morris Motor Works at Cowley, beyond which the track has been removed.
