Springhead, Fountains Hall
Springhead, Fountains Hall
Tucked out of the way from most visitors, this innocuous opening, is a spring head where the water wells up in a small chamber before flowing out along stone channels and then into a culvert next to the Hall.

Note, to the side of the springhead is a stone removed from the abbey down the road!
