'Sitting Bull' is still sitting on Otterspool Prom some 32 years after it was created for the Liverpool Garden Festival. It was commissioned in 1984 by Merseyside Development Corporation for the Liverpool Garden Festival site. The bull was created by the Indian artist Dhruva Mistry Link
