Knole House

Knole is an stately home set in the 1000-acre Knole Park, on the outskirts of Sevenoaks.

The house was built by Thomas Bourchier, Archbishop of Canterbury, between 1456 and 1486. The building has 365 rooms (one for each day of the year), 52 staircases, 14 entrances and 7 courtyards.

The property is now owned and run by the National Trust.
