Sunken part of "Watery Lane" near junction in Upper Guist
This village is clearly influenced by the presence of Guist Hall (which, as usual, seemed invisible from the road) and there is a network of tiny lanes "unsuitable for heavy vehicles" and places (further down"Watery Lane") where a streamlet runs absolutely next to the road surface.
