The mouth of Goodwick Brook
The mouth of Goodwick Brook
The brook enters the sea at the southern end of the beach, after meandering through the swampy moor at the foot of the glacial valley that divides Fishguard and Goodwick. To the right a cluster of old cottages remains; the building on the cliff above is St Teresa's convent in Fishguard.
