Ryde Esplanade Station
Taken from the pier looking towards the station that is built on a curve. Beyond is the Hovercraft terminal. Ryde Esplanade opened in 1880 along with the extension from Ryde St Johns Road and the new pierhead itself. As can be seen the rail stock is currently old London Underground units.
