Holy Trinity Hospital
Grade II listed Hospital of the Holy and the Undivided Trinity, a charity founded in 1671 under the terms of the will of Dr.John Darrell who died in 1664. The charity provides shelter and oversight for 15 single or widowed impoverished men (known as brothers) over the age of 50. The original hospital was in Retford Hall, but was replaced in 1832 by the present building by Edward Blore.
