Sculpture on the Town Hall, Halifax
One of the statues around the tower representing four continents, this being a North American Indian. The Town Hall, opened in 1863, was designed by Sir Charles Barry, and the sculpture is by John Thomas, who had worked with Barry on the Houses of Parliament. The Town Hall is Listed Grade II*.
