Vivian Quarry
Vivian Quarry
Vivian quarry, part of the Dinorwic Quarry which was the second largest slate quarry in Wales, indeed in the world, after the one in neighbouring Penrhyn.
Closed in 1969 the quarries now house the National Slate Museum, and are now also used as an adventure rock climbing and scuba diving venue.
