This fine Neo-Georgian terrace was part of a housing authority scheme of the 1970s. Thatcherite policy of selling council houses to the siting tenants led to many of these houses becoming privately owned. According to Zoopla the current average value in Bambrick Terrace in April 2017 was £166,139.
