Corrán Tuathail = left-handed sickle (or possibly left-handed bent thing in general). Make of that what you will.

It is the highest mountain in Ireland and you get a very good view from the top.

There is an enormous great iron cross up there dragged up by hand. It replaces an earlier and smaller iron cross taken up by one man on his own (perhaps it was two men, I can't remember).
