Hook Norton Brewery - Top of the tower
Hook Norton Brewery - Top of the tower
The topmost level of the tower at Hook Norton Brewery contains the large open copper-lined vessel in which the warm freshly brewed beer used to cool. This was replaced comparatively recently by an enclosed cooling system, so this is currently not used.
