A statue called Wattie at Bemersyde House Gardens
I met the owner of Bemersyde House on a day when the gardens were open as part of Scotlandís Gardens Scheme and she told me this statue was called Wattie. It is said to portray Wattie Elliot from the days of Border warfare.
