NS5964 : Fašade of the Briggait on Clyde Street

Façade of the Briggait on Clyde Street
Fašade of the Briggait on Clyde Street
Formerly the fish market, which goes through to Bridgegate. A southern entrance to the now disused market. Built in 1872-3 it was redeveloped into a shopping centre in the 1980s, which did not thrive, and it has been lying predominantly empty since. The first phase of a second redevelopment was completed in December 2009, but does not seem to have affected this part of the building.
