Derringham Bank, Hull
Hull City Council's customer service centre on Willerby Road, Derringham Bank, looking east-southeast from the corner of Aylesbury Grove. Derringham (originally Daringham) Bank takes its name from a bank which once ran alongside a 14th century watercourse dug to supply Hull with fresh water. The line of the original watercourse is now marked by the streets named Spring Bank and Spring Bank West.
