Pyramidal orchid (Anacamptis pyramidalis) and Ox-eye daisies
This orchid is locally frequent on calcareous soils in Norfolk and particularly in the west and along the north Norfolk coast, also on calcareous clays in the south. It is widespread throughout southern and eastern England as far north as the Scottish border. The flower spike becomes more domed as the upper flowers in the spike come to maturity.
