Compared with TR2335 : Refurbishment of Folkestone Harbour Station, the former railway line has almost been buried under black, plastic pipes and excavated material, while shuttering has been installed along the edge of the platform. Scaffolding has been erected along the other platform. The refurbishment is being carried out by W W Martin, who issued a notice on 20 May 2016 that read: Our Special Projects Team have commenced the ‘Link Works - Phase A’ project together with our sister company WWM Civils for our client Folkestone Harbour (GP) Ltd.
