NS5566 : Dual language station sign
near to Partick, Glasgow, Great Britain

Dual language station sign
English and Gaelic sign at Partick railway station. There is more Gaelic text in the blue band, but it is too faded to read. Apparently there is a long Gaelic history in the Partick area.
[From John Allan] The Gaelic text is "Rathad Iarainn nan Eilean" which means literally "Iron Road to the Isles". It is the Gaelic equivalent of "West Highland Line"
