Former salmon fishers' bothy on Whiteness Head spit
A track that could serve motor vehicles ends at this bothy. It appears to be in excellent condition. The building has been restored since its previous Geograph visitor in March 2013. See NH8157 : Former salmon fishers' bothy on Whiteness Head spit. A bench near the front door was most welcome. I do wonder whether all fresh water must be brought in, as only salt sea water was evident on Whiteness Head.
