Newly revealed stone posts
Newly revealed stone posts
There used to be large trees and bushes either side of the gate which leads into Sam Redfern Green. They've all been chopped down making the gate, at least for now, redundant. Some previously hidden stone pillars have now been revealed. This is where the Guides and Brownies erect a display for the Village Green Well each year SJ9593 : Village Green Well 2016

Bottom right is the Hyde/Werneth Township Boundary Stone SJ9593 : Hyde/Werneth Township Boundary Stone.
