The Old Rectory, No.87 West End, was built in 1649 by Edward Boteler who, at that time, became Rector of Winteringham. It was superseded by a new rectory, built 1846-7, and the old building was to become used as stables, storehouses and, in more recent times, garages. This long, two-storey stone building was converted to modern residential use circa 2005. On 30 June 2009, North Lincolnshire Council granted planning approval for the conversion of domestic outbuildings to form a dwelling with associated alterations and single-storey extension:
