SK5838 : Trent Bridge: twenty wickets on the first day

Trent Bridge: twenty wickets on the first day
Trent Bridge: twenty wickets on the first day
On a brilliantly sunny August Bank Holiday Monday (a day for batting, you'd have thought) both sides were bowled out cheaply (Nottinghamshire 213, Northamptonshire 141) and Notts began their second innings with five overs of the day remaining. The old ground always looks at its best on a sunny evening, with long shadows.
