Strumpshaw Old Hall
The house has a "1646" date stone > Link in the north wall and was built by John Stubbe from flint, with red brick dressings and a smut pantile roof. Alterations and lean-to extensions were made in the 18th century, including the raising of the eaves line. All the second floor windows are blind except for a wider, centre tripartite sash with elliptical head and radiating glazing bars. The building is Grade 2 listed.
