NO5905 : Elevated sea caves

taken 13 years ago, near to Kilrenny, Fife, Great Britain

Elevated sea caves
Elevated sea caves
These caves were apparently formed by sea erosion before being elevated to their current position at the top of a raised beach. Quite remarkable, and all the more so by being the only outcrop of any note for some distance.
