Created by Sarah Staton in 2014.
"A people friendly sculpture. This personified sculptural pavilion borrows its aesthetics from the monumental public sculpture of Richard Serra and Henry Moore. Steve is set among a group of three functional seating benches hybridised with planters - Steve's children - which produce a supply of edible coastal plants."
