Looking along Burlington Gardens towards its junction with Old Burlington Street

.....Hello Oxford Street

OK, OK I know that wasn't the original line but I did start in Piccadilly's mega bookshop and then had to find myself to Oxford Street to collect my father from a conference at a nearby hotel. This journey, through the lesser known streets of Mayfair, as always with a central London walk, yielded many interesting "Michael Caines" (not a lot of people know that)
