Rudyard Lake steam Railway - running repairs
Rudyard Lake steam Railway - running repairs
A little bit of welding is about to be undertaken somewhere around the smokebox of Waverley. The locomotive is a 10.25" gauge 4-4-2 tender engine built as No. 196 in 1948 by David Curwen of Devizes. It has a long history and has run at Weymouth, Loughborough, Dinting and the Isle of Mull before coming to Rudyard in 2003.
