Toll House, Chiltern Open Air Museum
The toll house was originally built in 1826 for the Collector of Tolls on the London to Oxford road at High Wycombe. In the 1840s it was home to a family of five.

In 1974, the building was badly damaged when a car went into the front room. Threatened with demolition, it was dismantled and rebuilt at the Chiltern Open Air Museum.
