Looking resplendent after the wraps and scaffolding have been removed, leaving just the protective boarding still place. The Town House which is owned by the Inverness Common Good Fund has been undergoing a three year £4.2m refurbishment program. Now used as offices by the Highland Council, it was opened by Queen Victoria's second son Alfred in 1882
