SH5169 : The Pavilion at Plas Newydd

taken 6 years ago, near to Llanedwen, Isle of Anglesey/Sir Ynys Mon, Wales

The Pavilion at Plas Newydd
The Pavilion at Plas Newydd
Cricket hasn't been played on the ground for many years although the pavilion is used for events.
Basically the drainage in the area was altered which affected the grass surface rendering it impossible for use as a cricket field. Shame as it was beautiful field with some stunning views. See the scene in 2006 SH5169 : The Gate House which shows the condition of the square and outfield.
