Portland Bill: spectacular seaspray at Pulpit Rock
Portland Bill: spectacular seaspray at Pulpit Rock
It is 3:40pm on a lovely sunny, but cold and windy November afternoon and the waves are fierce. Very often spray is thrown over the sheer edge of the shelf of rock which is often busy with people. Not today - they don't want to risk getting the soaking which I narrowly avoided as I stood here admiring the spectacular scenes.
