Mersea Stone
Mersea Stone
A shingle, sand and shell spit at the eastern tip of Mersea Island and the mouth of the tidal Colne. If maps are to be believed, it has grown considerably over the last few years. Across the Colne are Brightlingsea and Point Clear.
