SC2786 : Promontory fort between Knocksharry and Ballanayre
near to Knocksharry, Isle of Man, Great Britain

Promontory fort between Knocksharry and Ballanayre
Can't remember what the Manx Gaelic name for this site is! Something that translates to The Big Giant or something! The landowner kindly gave me permission to visit the site, which can be seen from the old railway line or even the main road (just). The site is eroding over the very steep cliffs just behind it. Looking west towards the Mountains of Mourne.
