Tower 42
Originally opened as the National Westminster Tower in 1980, at 185m it was the tallest building in London until Canary Wharf was built. The bank left in 1997, when the building was renamed and became a multi-occupancy office block. At the top, on the 42nd floor, is a champagne bar called Vertigo 42, with prices to match the sky-high location.
