Junction of Bear Hill / Red Lion Street in Alvechurch, Worcestershire.
Junction of Bear Hill / Red Lion Street in Alvechurch, Worcestershire.
Red Lion Street goes from left (towards Redditch) to right (towards Birmingham), and Bear Hill (on the opposite side of road) goes up the hill, past the church and on into Station Road, then beyond towards Bromsgrove. To the left of where the telephone box stands on Bear Hill, is the current Post Office in a building that was once the village school. Opposite the Post Office, on the other side of the road is the Alvechurch Village Hall.
