SE4621 : On The Right Track?

Pontefract, Wakefield, Great Britain

On The Right Track?
On The Right Track?
Pontefract Baghill, one of the town's 3 (yeah, count'em, three) rail stations, serving different lines and different connections to local towns. A little on the dilapidated side these days, quite close to the Chequerfield housing estate and Pontefract General Infirmary. Driving tests are run from the old station building, so you have the traditionally zipped-up atmosphere of a railway station waiting room combined with the adolescent hormones and late-teenaged angst of a roomful of aspiring learner drivers all racked with tension awaiting their 40 minutes of purgatory. Nice!
