North Drove Drain, Deeping Fen

Not a ripple to be seen in the late afternoon sunlight.
This is a major drain in the network of ditches and channels crossing Deeping Fell. It joins with South Drove Drain in TF2121 and then with Counter Drain in TF2122 to form Vernatt's Drain. This in turn flows into the River Welland at the confluence with the River Glen in TF2829. North Drove, a long straight country road is just to the left and the farm track to Vine House Farm is to the right.
