near to Martin Drove End, Hampshire, Great Britain

Wood Blewit (Lepista nuda)
The Wood Blewit, grows in leaf litter in woodland and hedgerows during autumn and winter. Blewits are edible if well cooked but they disagree with some people. Hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong in my identification.
